The MSBA Superintendent Search Application Process is now

To apply:
There are two (2) components for the new process:
COMPONENT 1 – APPLICANT PROFILE
- Each applicant MUST complete an online profile which is saved by the applicant and will be used for subsequent searches.
- The profile component MUST be completed prior to applying for an open superintendent position.
- The profile section contains:
- Personal Information
- Current Employment
- Education History
- Work History
- References – 2 references are required (no letters accepted). The system will send a recommendation form to the references listed.
- Resume – PDF Document
- License – PDF Document
- Transcripts
- An applicant who previously submitted transcripts to MSBA will NOT be required to submit a new set of transcripts. Email thenderson@msbaonline.org that transcripts are on file at MSBA.
- An applicant who has not submitted transcripts to MSBA will be required to have the transcripts sent electronically to thenderson@msbaonline.org.
COMPONENT 2 – DISTRICT APPLICATION
- Each applicant MUST complete a new application for each open search.
- The application section contains:
- Letter of interest – PDF Document
- Resume – May use the existing resume from the Profile Section
- Availability to Start Date
- Qualifications (MS Code 37-9-13)
- Discussion Questions
- Other Questions
